MovePlus is only available on selected plots and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. We arrange for two separate estate agents to value your current property. We agree on a selling price for your current home and we instruct both estate agents to market your property. Once a buyer for your current property is found, you can then formally reserve your new Peveril home. On legal completion, we will pay the estate agents’ fees, up to a maximum of £5,000.
