Subject to the stage of construction, when you buy a new home from us we can offer a bespoke service which allows you to choose fixtures and fittings for your new home.

The latest products and energy efficient

All our homes comply with the latest building regulations. They come with excellent insulation and the latest energy saving devices and appliances, which means that they are far more energy efficient which makes them cheaper to run compared to older properties of a similar size.

Chain free

You can move into your new home as soon as it is complete because there is no need to wait for existing residents to vacate. As you’ll be the first owner you also won’t have a chain of buyers above you which means the buying process can be a lot less stressful.

We offer a variety of options to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase your home, such as Part Exchange and MovePlus Assisted Purchase.

Less DIY when you move in

Buying new means that you really do start with a blank canvas to stamp your own personality into your home, with minimal effort. Simply move in and enjoy spending time with family & friends.

10 year warranty

All of our new homes come with a 10 year warranty, providing new owners with peace of mind which those buying an existing property do not have. All appliances also have a warranty, usually for at least 2 years.

Unique pre-occupation inspection

When your new home is complete we will invite you to complete a home familiarisation visit so you can ask any questions and find out the useful things about your new home and learn how it all works. We appreciate that it might be a lot to take in, so we are always on-hand to answer any questions, following your purchase too. This home demonstration is also followed by a pre-occupation inspection. This is unique to Peveril Homes and allows you to inspect your new home, together with us, before you move in.
