All of our new homes come with a 10-year home warranty, providing new owners with peace of mind. Inside your Home Information Pack, you’ll have all the details to your LABC / NHBC Buildmark Warranty and manufacturers warranties for your home.

Communication during the Purchase Process:

Our friendly Sales Executives are then just a phone call away from the moment you reserve your home and will continue to be on-hand to offer their expertise and advice all the way through the moving process and long after you have moved into your home. We can answer any queries you may have and put your mind at ease, taking all the stress out of the moving process.

Legal Completion of Property and Handover:

We’ll work with your solicitor throughout the purchase process to cover all the legal requirements for your new home. Our teams are experienced in working with legal professionals and can help you to understand the language and processes as you undertake your purchase.

Home Information Pack:

We’ll provide you with all of the information you need for your new property from health and safety, instruction manuals, to guidance on items for servicing and registration. You’ll also get a pack detailing the LABC / NHBC’s Buildmark Warranty and manufacturers’ warranties for your new home.

After Sales Service:

In the unlikely event, you experience any problems with your new property after you have moved in, our commitment to you continues for a further 2 years. We’ll work with you to solve any problems big or small.

We will contact you after 12 months to arrange a warranty inspection carried out by our Customer Care Manager who will ensure any problems you may have been discussed in detail and any necessary works actioned.
