Armed Forces New Home Discount
We offer an armed forces discount of up to £500 for every £25,000 spent on a new home, available across our developments, on selected plots.
We also support the Forces Help to Buy scheme, which is designed to assist in getting armed forces personnel on the property ladder. Extended until the end of December 2023, the scheme enables qualifying personnel to take a loan of up to 50% of their yearly salary from the Ministry of Defence.
