Your 2 Year Peveril and 10 Year Home Warranties
Our commitment to our buyers officially continues for 2 years after our purchasers move in with our 2 year warranty. Our friendly Customer Service team are always available no matter how small the problem.
In addition to your 2 year Peveril Homes warranty, all of our new homes come with a 10 year warranty from LABC or Global Home Warranties*, providing new owners with complete peace of mind.

Home Information Pack
On completion, we provide all new homeowners with a user-friendly informative Home Information pack. This guide explains what to expect when moving into a new build and how our homeowners can get the most from their new Peveril home to ensure that the moving in and living experience is a positive one.
The pack will include details of the Peveril Homes aftersales service, points of contact, care and maintenance tips, safety guidance and all of the warranties, certificates and manuals that come with your new home. We also go that bit further with frequently asked questions and answers, local information to help our homeowners settle into their new community and any special offers we have been able to acquire.
