COVID-19 Update 24th March

Like all businesses in the UK we are closely monitoring the impact that COVID-19 is having on our purchasers and Peveril Homes employees.

We are very much aware and respectful of the Government’s message that all UK citizens and businesses must play their part to protect the most vulnerable in our Society and to ensure that the NHS has the ability to care for the increased number of patients that will be affected by the virus in the coming days and weeks.

For these reasons, the Directors have taken the decision to close our Sales Offices with immediate effect with our Sales Executives working from home to ensure we still provide the best possible customer experience under these exceptional circumstances. They will be in touch with you directly to facilitate your move or discuss how your move may be affected.  Your Sales Executive will be available on their normal sales office phone number and email address during normal opening times.

Our priority is to ensure our customers receive the best possible purchasing experience and so we have made arrangements that calls to our Head Office will still be answered  9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 01773 880550 or alternately email us on general@peverilhomes.co.uk

We truly appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult period, and we assure you Peveril Homes are committed to ensuring the health of our customers, our team and wider society.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected and we highly value the healthcare workers and those on the front line working to contain the virus and keep us safe.

From our family, to yours.
