Just to reassure all our customers that we haven’t disappeared, we are still here for them, just in a new way as we temporarily adapt to the significant impact the Coronavirus outbreak is having on all of us.
Peveril Homes have decided to temporarily suspend construction on all our sites and as a result we are in the process of ensuring these are safely secured, however this takes time and will be finalised by close of business on Tuesday 31st March, with the majority of our sites closing this Friday 27th March. Site inspections, in-line with Government guidelines, will be undertaken regularly to ensure the safety and security of the sites and all living near it.
We are here for both our existing and new potential customers and to ensure a continuous level of service, our legal and conveyancing colleagues together with our Independent Financial Advisors have also arranged to work remotely. Obviously to state we are open for business ‘as normal’ would be incorrect, there is no normality to the situation we all find ourselves in, however our office doors are virtually ‘open’ and our staff are here for you.
Our on-site Sales Centres are already temporarily closed however our Sales Executives are available over the phone and online via the usual development phone numbers and email addresses. They will be contacting our existing customers to provide them with updates and answer as best they can any queries or concerns they may have.
For anyone still considering purchasing a property then do not hesitate to contact our developments either by phone or email to discuss availability and how we can get further information to you.
We will also try to accommodate wherever possible, those purchasers about to move into their new property so they are not left without access to a home and the capability to self-isolate effectively, however strict guidelines will be imposed to ensure the health of all concerned are protected.
For those who have already moved into their Peveril home and are within their warranty period, our Customer Service teams will be on hand to answer any queries you have but will not be conducting home visits, we have had to restrict the work carried out by the Aftercare Site Teams to emergency and essential works only. All non essential work will be added to our aftercare system and placed on hold until it is safe to carry out these works.
We ask all our purchasers to refer to their Welcome Packs where comprehensive details are provided regarding the running of their new home and also emergency contact numbers. If you need any other assistance, then please email a request to email@example.com and a relevant member of staff will contact you as soon as possible.
We are continuing to closely monitor and review what is a difficult and fast-changing situation and would like to thank all our customers, colleagues and associates for their support and understanding. We will update you with any changes via our website
Thank you for all your support and understanding during these challenging times, we hope you all stay safe and well
Our hearts and thoughts go out to all the people who have been affected and we highly value the healthcare workers and those on the front line working to contain this virus and keep us all safe.
From our family, to yours.
