COVID-19 Update: Safeguarding our customers and staff

We are all in uncharted territory when it comes to the Coronavirus outbreak and our thoughts are with everyone affected at this time. We’re closely following advice from both the Government and the WHO, taking sensible, precautionary measures to safeguard our customers, staff and associated trades.

 

The steps we are taking:

Our developments remain open and we are working hard to help our customers make the move into their new dream home. 

Where possible, we would ask you to please talk to us on the phone rather than coming to see us.

If you’d like to visit a development or if you were due to attend one of our sales events, please call ahead to book an appointment. 

We can only allow one visitor to our sales suite and show homes at a time and those with appointments will be given priority.

Our sales teams will be unable to accompany you around our show homes and will be maintaining a safe distance during appointments, but they will be on hand to answer any of your questions before and after. Please don’t be offended by our ‘no handshake policy’ at this time.

We have increased hygiene levels and the frequency of cleaning in both our sales suites and show homes. These steps are also being implemented by our site teams and contractors. Hand washing facilities are available for you on all sites however like you, we are struggling to get hold of sanitiser gel. 

We have been exploring the ways in which we can guide you through a property purchase remotely and you can now reserve a home without even visiting our sales offices.

Looking ahead:

We know that this is an unprecedented time of uncertainty for everyone across the world and nobody knows exactly what the future holds. We’ll be keeping a close eye on advice from the WHO and the Government, and will update our website accordingly if the situation changes.
