As well as our continued commitment to building beautiful homes, a primary focus for everyone at Peveril Homes is to ensure that every purchaser receives a first class customer care experience from start to finish.

Customer care does not simply begin when a purchase is made – it starts the moment someone sets foot on one of our developments.

Our experienced and trusted sales team puts its years of expertise into practice to ensure that we make everyone feel welcome – from making them a coffee when they step inside the sales centre, to chatting through their purchasing options in full and ultimately, moving them into their dream new-build home.

Customer Service Manager Aileen Ennis is proud of the service the team provides. She appreciates that buying a new-build home is not a small decision and therefore the role of the Peveril sales team cannot be underestimated.

“We understand that no two purchasers are the same – so we take the time to get to know everyone individually in order to truly understand what they are looking for. This ensures that one of the biggest purchases they ever make, will be 100% right for them,” said Aileen.

There’s a variety of purchasing options available to today’s purchasers – whether it’s the government-funded Help to Buy scheme or our own MovePlus assisted purchase. We walk through all the avenues to find the tailored solution that’s perfect for the individual.

Every home is as unique as its purchaser – and we take the time to see how we can best tailor a home to its purchaser – with a range of bespoke finishes for that striking finishing touch.

The support doesn’t end there. We guide everyone through the buying process, offering advice on completing all relevant documentation and making sure that everyone is fully informed on their legal commitments at each major milestone.

At the handover stage, every purchaser receives a homeowners information pack detailing in full, the LABC/NHBC’s Buildmark Warranty and manufacturer’s’ warranties for their new home for complete peace of mind.

“We have a duty of care to provide the best service we can in order to make what can be a stressful process, a breeze for our customers,” said Aileen.

“Even when a customer has made the move, we continue to be on hand for advice and support. It’s then over to the purchaser to enjoy their life in their new Peveril Home,” added Aileen.
