Happy customers at Foresters View, Fritchley enjoyed Christmas in their dream home!

It’s not always instant that a house becomes a home, but for Mrs Barrett and her husband, their recent purchase at Foresters View, Fritchley was a dream come true!

After living in Belper for a number of years, Fiona and her husband were searching for a new home in the surrounding area. After discovering our Foresters View site in Fritchley and speaking to on-site Sales Executive Julie Ord about the showhome – they secured a viewing.

“Julie was helpful from day one and her enthusiasm about the development was contagious,” says Fiona. “As soon as we saw the showhome, that was it – decision made!”

“We wanted to purchase from Peveril Homes because they are a local company with strong family values. From the sales executives and receptionists to site managers and plumbers; everyone we came into contact with was incredibly friendly and accommodating – making the whole process enjoyable from start to finish,”

It’s safe to say that the Foresters View development has exceeded Mrs Barrett’s expectations and continues to do so as the seasons change.

“On a clear Summer’s evening, you can look out onto the patio and see a stunning red sky. Now the nights are drawing in, the sky is speckled with stars and the development looks really beautiful in the evenings”.

She continues, “We never tire of finding things to enjoy about our new home. Every room has something different to offer. We really enjoyed Christmas – making Christmas cakes and curling up in the living room – it was perfect”.
