The little details make a big difference for happy purchaser at The Lodges!

We were delighted when Andrew and Beverley Curry, happy purchasers at our Lodges development in Moira, had fantastic feedback about their recent experience with us.

On the hunt for a house with a more suitable layout, whilst remaining local to their children’s school, Andrew and Beverley were interested in our development, The Lodges at Woodcroft, before it launched. They kept in touch with our Sales Executive Layla and as soon as the plots were available to view, secured her appointment.

“I immediately fell in love with the lodge-style properties because they’re so unique and different from anything else out there. I adore our home – I wake up every day feeling like I’m on holiday!” says Beverley.

She continues, “We wanted a home with a downstairs bedroom for my mum to move into later this year – so that was the main driver. From the glass bi-fold doors and windows to the open-plan kitchen, we couldn’t be happier with the features of our home. We particularly love the size of the garden because we have plenty of outdoor space with stunning views of the forest and local countryside – especially from the balcony! It truly is perfect.”

“Personal touches go a long way. When I first met Mr and Mrs Curry they told me a funny story about one of Andrew’s clients who left Ferraris in the garages of his customer’s homes. I thought it would be a nice touch to leave a matchbox-sized Aston Martin car in their garage when they moved in – a little inside joke which they both loved and the car now sits pride of place in their home!”

It’s those little things that really made the difference for Andrew, Beverley and their family, and it wasn’t just the Aston Martin that they appreciated.
