We work with our customers to speed up the purchase process, save on any unwanted costs and take away the potential headaches that come with selling a property.

We will instruct two local estate agents to conduct independent valuations on your existing property so you don’t incur any fees! The valuation received is based on a fair and realistic market value.
Once both valuations have been concluded and all criteria has been met, a fair market price will be offered for your existing property and if agreed, we buy your home.**
** Offer is subject to a satisfactory Home Buyers Report.
We will then organise for a Home Buyers Survey to be undertaken, along with a visit from a member of our management team. Subject to these being satisfactory, the legal process will commence.
Once completed, you can stay in your current home until your new Peveril home is ready.
