We’re still here for you! – here’s what you need to know

We know how important it is to enjoy the experience of buying a new house. It should be an exciting time and we’re determined to make sure this new lockdown doesn’t affect that for our purchasers.

Our people, purchasers and the communities we create will always remain our top priority and so we want to keep you up to date with the latest changes we’re making at Peveril Homes to keep you and our staff safe, whilst ensuring you have a seamless and enjoyable move.

Construction sites and home builders have been listed as industries that can continue working, which means that our show homes, sales offices and developments can remain open under strict safety measures.

From Thursday 5 November you are welcome to visit our developments by a pre-booked appointment time slot only. At Peveril Homes, we want you to know that we’ve gone above and beyond to ensure anyone who walks through our doors will be safe.

We ask that when you visit us you follow our strict guidelines that will help to keep our customers and staff safe and well. Our guidelines are:

-Remember to maintain a distance of 2 metres from other people, including members of staff.

-Please read and abide by all signage.

-Please use the hand sanitiser we provide both as you enter and leave our centres.

-Avoid any contact with other people, including members of staff. This includes shaking hands.

-Gloves and disposable masks are available for you to use, we ask that you dispose of these yourselves after your visit.

-Please ensure that you wear a mask at all times when on site and that it covers both your mouth and nose.

-Avoid touching anything inside our marketing suite or show home without wearing gloves.

-Only two adult visitors, from the same family, will be allowed at an appointment at any one time.

 Ahead of your appointment, please refresh yourself with the above measures we’ve implemented to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

In the event that you develop COVID symptoms or have had contact with someone who has within the past 14 days, ahead of an appointment with our team, please contact us to postpone your viewing and we will be more than happy to rearrange.

In the interest of accessibility and where customers would prefer, we are happy to conduct any follow-up appointments via video call after your initial viewing.
