5% Deposit

Peveril Homes will provide a payment equivalent to 5% of the agreed purchase price at the time of reservation. Please note that this price does not include stamp duty, associated costs, or fees. The awarded payment will be subtracted from the final amount due upon completion of the transaction.
This offer is contingent upon the lender's approval and successful transaction completion. Prior to entering into a reservation agreement with Peveril Homes and making the reservation fee payment, the buyer must inform our development Sales Executive of their intention to claim this incentive.
Additionally, the buyer is required to cover the standard reservation charge, exchange deposit, and complete the home purchase.

Cashback

This offer is contingent upon lender approval and the successful completion of the transaction. To be eligible for this incentive, the buyer must communicate their intent to claim it to our development Sales Executive before entering into a reservation agreement with Peveril Homes and making the reservation fee payment for a qualifying home. Additionally, the buyer is required to cover the standard reservation charge, the exchange deposit for the selected home, and complete the purchase.
The offer entails receiving a cashback of £750 for every £25,000 included in the home's purchase price, up to a maximum cashback limit of £15,000. The actual cashback amount will be determined by the lesser of two calculations: (1) the purchase price divided by £25,000, rounded down (if not a whole number), and multiplied by £750, or (2) £15,000. The purchase price used for this calculation is the agreed-upon price at the time of reservation and excludes stamp duty, associated costs, and fees. The cashback payment will be deducted from the funds due upon completion.
