We are waiting in anticipation for the launch of one of our latest developments, The Avenue at Phoenix Place, Sutton-in-Ashfield – opening 26th January!

Following the success of the initial phases of our Phoenix Place development, we are now anticipating the launch date for The Avenue – the final phase at Phoenix Place, Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Opening to the public on Saturday 26th January, The Avenue promises to be a stunning development of 18 new-build 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties, appealing to a range of buyers from upsizers to downsizers and growing families, with Help to Buy available on all plots.

We are opening the doors to The Avenue’s 4-bedroom Hazlemere show home on the 26th January.
