“I work as an Interior Designer and my office is in Ashby, so this development is perfectly located for my job, meaning I could walk to work if I wanted to. I also love the contemporary styling and when I saw the house I just fell in love with the beautiful design.

“Within the development there were only two homes built to the design I purchased; it definitely adds a bespoke feel.”

The Holywell Mill development houses 19 carefully crafted homes, all of which incorporate a distinctive slate tile roof pattern with English bond and chequer board brick detail as well as anthracite casement windows.

Yvonne has completed on her sale and is set to move into her new home in time for Christmas.

“The after sales care has been brilliant. The team have been great to work with and I can’t praise them enough. On the day of completion, I had a call to make sure everything was okay and again the week after.
