To maintain our high standards of customer service from a distance, we’ve officially launched our Peveril Homes Personal Shopping Experience! This includes a number of exciting initiatives to make sure that you are supported and informed every step of the way when purchasing your dream home while receiving a service that is completely tailored to you.

Our Sales Executives continue to be on hand via telephone and email for any questions you may have. In addition, to make sure that you continue to receive a truly personal experience, we’re offering private consultations via video call so that you can explore all of the options available step-by-step. So if you would still like to have a face-to-face conversation with someone to run through the finer details, we’re more than happy to oblige. However, if video calls aren’t for you, then we can look at alternative ways to accommodate and make sure you still receive the best experience possible.

We’ve also added a number of 360-degree virtual house tours onto our website and our Sales Executives are happy to pre-book appointments to film and share bespoke walkthrough tours with you to showcase the high-end specification, attention to detail and quality that goes into our homes from the comfort of yours. It’s all part of our promise to you to provide complete peace of mind before you make any financial commitments.

All of our great incentives remain in place and as an added bonus our £500 reservation fee is now fully refundable until you view a property, to lighten the financial load and make the search for your dream property as stress-free as possible.
