Peveril Homes strengthens team with new Land and Technical Manager!

Andrew Baldwin has recently joined the Peveril family as the Land and Technical Manager with many years’ experience in the home-building and construction industry under his belt. This new appointment will support Peveril’s planned growth to acquire land across the Midlands in order to meet the increasing demand for homes.

He began his career as an Office Junior at a private Architects Practise, based in Nottingham. Andrew quickly progressed to Associate Partner, which was down to his drive to exceed expectations and to make positive contributions to his work. Following this, he was offered partnership at the firm but decided to decline to begin a family with his wife.

Andrew joined a local house builder as a Technical Manager and has since carried similar roles in the construction industry, until finding his place at Peveril Homes in September 2021!

He said: “This is a new position within Peveril Homes and the aim of the role is to strengthen the existing team. I will dedicate my time in taking schemes from the initial discussion with the landowner, all the way through to completion of the developments and welcoming residents to their new homes.

“I’m confident that my broad experience within the industry will enable me to progress top-quality areas of land for our purchasers.”

Throughout his career Andrew has experienced projects from all aspects, he’s progressed homes and developments as the architect, the client, the contractor and site manager. This helps Andrew to have a comprehensive insight into the potentials and challenges when looking at each piece of land.
