Triple construction award win for our Site Managers

Peveril are delighted to announce that three of our Site Managers have each been awarded The Bricks Site Recognition Award by Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Warranty.

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) is one of the largest providers of structural warranties in England and Wales, working with house builders and contractors to score standards of workmanship and overall management of sites.

Adam Butcher, Site Manager at our Fairfields development located in Branston, Burton on Trent, commented on his win: “Communication is key to getting the job done right. Sharing information about successes and future plans with my team means we can operate efficiently and cooperatively. It’s about the people and supporting one another to be the best that we can be.

“I am very proud to have received this recognition for my hard work and what I have achieved in my time with Peveril Homes. The training they have given me has been exceptional.”

Dan Sharp and Andy Jackson are both Site Managers at Forest Heights, which due to the large size of this development has been split into two distinct sub-sites, each being managed and assessed separately. Both site managers were thrilled to be in receipt of The Bricks Site Recognition Award, chosen for their outstanding contribution to site safety, exceptional build quality and their proactive approach to site management.

Andy Jackson, Senior Site Manager was delighted to hear the great news: “I have been working for Peveril Homes for just a short time so I was over the moon to have already received this award. It is really nice to have all my hard work over the last few months recognised.

“My time at Peveril Homes has been really enjoyable. The team at Forest Heights are very proud of what we do, we are like a family. I am very happy to have been given the opportunity to give something back to Peveril Homes as the training I have received has been invaluable."

Dan Sharp, Site Manager commented on his win: “When I heard the news that I had won The Bricks Site Recognition Award I was very pleasantly surprised and I am very proud of this achievement.

“I have been with Peveril Homes for over 7 years now, starting as an assistant and working my way up to Site Manager. I can’t thank Peveril Homes enough for everything they have given me over the years and helping me to complete my qualifications.

“It’s lovely to be recognised for all my hard work and for wanting to build the very best houses possible."
