We’ve welcomed our newest resident to Flagshaw Pastures in Kirk Langley!
Newcastle-born grandfather, David has relocated to Derby to be closer to his children and grandchildren and is delighted with his new Ingleby home.
David Hall has been settling into his new Peveril home, which is nestled within the picturesque, rural setting of Kirk Langley in Derbyshire. Prompting the move, David wanted to be closer to his son, daughter and young grandchildren who live in the Derbyshire area.
Following extensive research and visits to a number of developments, David said: “The homes at Flagshaw Pastures stood head and shoulders above the rest of the properties I looked at. Upping sticks and relocating to Derby from Newcastle-upon-Tyne was significant for me, so I needed to find the perfect home that would give me the opportunity to see my grandchildren as much as I’d like to.”
The Ingleby appealed to David because of its impressive amount of space, with four large bedrooms. “The layout suited me to a ‘T’ and the combined kitchen/family area in particular was the icing on the cake,” he said.
David elaborated on his new home: “The specifications, standard of build and quality of the fixtures and fittings attracted me from the outset. In fact, the finished home has exceeded my already high expectations.”
