Sue Stafford's move to Flagshaw Pastures in Kirk Langley, Derbyshire, was deeply personal. After the recent loss of her husband and living in her previous home for 41 years, she found herself needing a fresh start.
Sue told us about her previous home, saying, 'That house was filled with memories, but as I faced the prospect of managing repairs and redecorating alone, it became clear that a change was necessary.'

Two years into her new home, Sue remains delighted with her choice. "I have settled in well and integrated into village life. Sue also values the convenient bus route into Derby City Centre and her proximity to friends.
