Stuart Brookes Reveals his Favourite Builds
Meet Sales Manager Stuart Brookes
Here, Peveril Homes Sales Manager Stuart Brookes reveals some of his favourite builds and what makes Peveril stand apart.
During his time at Peveril Homes, Stuart has been able to input his industry experience and knowledge into the business. He says, “Implementing positive changes to sales procedures within my own arena of work has been particularly satisfying. Peveril is a small and friendly builder and I really enjoy the family feel within our sales team and office. Every day here is different.
“We endeavour to stand out from our competitors in making our house types different, and our property specifications continually evolve with the needs of our customers,” explains Stuart, "the final specification offers ultimate functionality for the homeowner.”
Of the many and varied properties in our portfolio, Stuart confesses to a few favourites: “The 4-bedroom Wymeswold is an impressive home, with a double frontage and great flexibility of space. Visually, its appearance is quite grand.”
He adds, “I also love our new house type, the 5-bedroom Dalbury which has a very social layout in its design. It has a great flow and is a superb family home. Our new design the 3-bedroom Repton, also flows well. This property has three double bedrooms and is a spacious, versatile design which would appeal to a wide range of potential buyers.”
Stuart explains that there has been a noticeable shift in buying attitudes and approaches over the last 12-18 months: “I think buyers have become even more savvy. Our potential buyers are a lot more aware of how things work and what’s happening with the UK property market right now.”
He continues, “I think the lockdown periods have provided an opportunity for many to make more time to research and look online at the next steps before making an informed decision on any property purchase.”
Always looking for innovation, Stuart is excited to be on board with Peveril for the developer’s forthcoming projects. He reveals, “It is such a busy time ahead and it is really exciting to see the business evolve and grow. We have so many sites planned across the East Midlands area, including some striking, contemporary designs which are really interesting for me to be involved with.”
