Chelsea commented, “When we first drove onto the development we fell in love with the fact that it was a single street and that there was so much space between the houses compared to other developments we’d seen.

“The garden was also a massive win for us, it backs straight onto horse paddocks which is perfect for us as I own horses.”

However, moving into this home may not have been possible without the Help to Buy scheme, Chelsea stated: “We’re really proud to have been able to buy a 4-bedroom home for our first property and we wouldn’t have achieved that without the Help to Buy scheme, it was the best thing we could have done.”

Chelsea and Callum’s spacious new build home features an extensive range of high-end fixtures including a professionally designed, contemporary kitchen with a full range of fitted appliances, Roca sanitary ware and Porcelanosa tiles.

Chelsea explained, “Everyone has commented on the high-quality finish in our Peveril home and it wasn’t until we moved in that we realised how much came with the house in comparison to what other people experienced with their new homes.

“Everything from the heated towel rails to the doors are fantastic. Plus, the amount of space in our home is incredible because the layout is so functional and well thought-out.

“We were amazed by the size of the bedrooms, they’re much bigger compared to other new builds we viewed.”

Moving into their new home was a truly positive experience that saw Callum and Chelsea quickly settling into life as homeowners.

Chelsea said, “We didn’t have a clue what we were doing, we’ve never bought property before but our Sales Executive Layla was amazing. If we had any questions she came back straight away and always kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase.

“Peveril Homes gave a wonderfully personal service and the team were always on hand to support us as we searched for the right home to make our first move into.”

Callum and Chelsea really appreciated the care and attention provided by the family run house builder.

Chelsea added, “As well as Layla, Site Manager Mick has been a huge help. They’ve both been invaluable to us, almost like our adoptive parents helping and guiding us through this whole process and no task has been too big or too small for them.

“It’s been difficult with lockdown and being away from our parents, however Mick has been super in helping us with our DIY queries. If I saw him walking past I’d run out to ask him a quick question and he’d happily help out and share his knowledge.”

It’s a real-life true love story as Chelsea and Callum settle into their idyllic new home.
