Fresh start for family blissfully settled in their new Peveril home

Moving 20 miles from their previous home, Stacey and her family were looking to relocate to an area that would offer a better quality of life and education for their children.

So, we’re delighted that Stacey Ashford, her husband Edward and their three young children happily moved into Chamberlain Place, Measham, earlier this year.

She explained, “Moving into the View Home was great as it was fully decorated and we really liked the design, it was very much to our tastes.

“We also loved the space, with four bedrooms, a great-sized garden and garage – so there’s plenty of storage capacity and room for the children to play.”

Moving to a more rural location also added the benefits of being able to enjoy everything the local countryside has to offer.

With a gorgeous backdrop of countryside views, the development has easy access to Leicestershire’s National Forest as well as amenities such as shops, restaurants, and a leisure centre.

Stacey commented, “While we’ve moved quite a distance from our previous home, it was definitely the best decision.

“We have great walking trails on our doorstep and the spacious layout of the development along with the distance between plots means we also have a lot of privacy.”

The Ashford’s enjoyed a seamless transition to their new home thanks to the support of the Peveril team.
