It’s not always instant that a house becomes a home, but for Mrs Barrett and her husband, their recent purchase at Foresters View, Fritchley was a dream come true!

After living in Belper for a number of years, Fiona and her husband were searching for a new home in the surrounding area. After discovering our Foresters View site in Fritchley and speaking to on-site Sales Executive Julie Ord about the showhome – they secured a viewing.

Fiona said: “Julie was helpful from day one and her enthusiasm about the development was contagious. As soon as we saw the showhome, that was it – decision made!
