Kim’s career soars at Forest Heights!

We are thrilled to introduce our newest Sales Executive, Kim Gibbs, who is currently looking after our purchasers at the Forest Heights development in Burton-on-Trent.

Since recently joining the Peveril family, our new knowledgeable Sales Executive has fully immersed herself in the customer-facing role. Kim came to Peveril Homes after just two years of working in the residential homebuilding sector, following a considerable career change from the airline industry.

This decision was inspired by a conversation with a Sales Executive when Kim was looking to move home herself.

Peveril Homes recognised Kim’s extraordinary capability to manage a multifaceted workload, whilst putting our purchaser’s needs first.

Kim said: “I am so pleased with my new role at Peveril Homes in so many ways.

“The whole team, from the Site Manager here at Forest Heights to staff at head office have all made me feel so welcome and I have integrated as part of the Peveril family really quickly.”

We’re delighted with Kim’s ability to truly get to know our purchasers and match them with their perfect home. She prides herself in providing all the information that they could possibly need when purchasing a new house, down to the very last detail.

Kim commented on her role: “My favourite part of the role is interacting with our homeowners-to-be, I get to know them on a personal level so I can help them find the home that will best complement their needs.

“My process involves exploring their wish-list. Everyone has different priorities and the aim at Peveril Homes is to help make the dream a reality.”

Through Kim’s interview process, it was clear to Sales Manager, Stuart Brookes, that she fitted in with Peveril’s culture and ethos seamlessly. Kim said: “On meeting Stuart, I knew it was the company for me. I have in the past bought a house that had been previously owned but had been originally built by Peveril Homes. I was so impressed with the craftmanship and quality of the fixtures and fittings.

“My thoughts are that Peveril Homes is top of its game, much like British Airways in terms of excellent reputation.”

Kim loves speaking to our purchasers and listening to their needs, which makes them feel valued. She strives to support our purchasers throughout their buying journey, from reservation to long after they’ve moved in.
