Retired couple relocate to their picture-perfect home

After deciding to upsize, retired couple, Mr and Mrs Harrison, enjoyed a comfortable, stress-free move.

“After seeing the Chamberlain Place development online we decided to head over to take a look at the site and get familiar with where it was,” said Mr Harrison.

Looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque, the couple fell in love with the charming village location, complete with its beautiful rural setting.

Mr Harrison added, “everyone is so polite and friendly, we love the surrounding areas of the National Forest and cannot believe how quiet it is, allowing us to hear the wonderful birds and wildlife.

“Mick, the site manager, was great and extremely helpful. He looked over everything and understood exactly what we needed. He did a home demo with us and explained how everything worked - anything we weren’t sure about he took the time to go over again. He was great, we couldn’t recommend him enough.

“The customer service team really do go that extra mile, when we moved in, we were looked after by Aileen and her team - it was fantastic. When we learned she was retiring Aileen took the time to head over to the development to say goodbye and introduced us to Rachel who has since been looking after us. She is very helpful and will be a great asset to the team.

“It’s all the extra touches that really make a difference when you’re moving home, and Peveril Homes proved to be a kind and caring housebuilder by going above and beyond.”
