Couple’s downsizing dreams to be closer to daughter

Wishing to relocate to be closer to their daughter, recent purchasers, Mr and Mrs Glassbrook moved into their new home at Chamberlain Place.

After deciding to downsize, the couple wanted a stress-free move.

Mrs. Glassbrook commented, “We found the process so easy and the development team very helpful throughout the process. Our Sales Executive, Layla, was excellent - she even provided images and videos, keeping us informed every step of the way.

“We had a home demonstration with Mick the Site Manager, and he explained how everything in our new home worked, enabling us to feel settled before we had even moved in. He was so very helpful, and nothing was too much to ask for, which made us feel so valued as a customer.”

The accessible, village location of Measham was a key decider in the couple’s purchase, which brought them closer to their daughter’s home in Tamworth – meaning that they could now visit her in a trip taking less than 20 minutes. It also means that Mrs Glassbrook’s commute is shorter.

She added, “Location was, of course, important to us with our daughter not too far away and the ease of traveling to work as I work in Birmingham, so getting onto the M42 is easier, and for me, it’s just 30 minutes door to door.”

The couple found Peveril Homes online and came to visit the development straight away.

Adding, “We fell in love with the surrounding areas and position near the National Forest, it is such a beautiful home that overlooks the fields.

“The finish of our home was excellent, everyone involved from Peveril Homes was so helpful and very accommodating.”
