Smalley Manor Wins National Award for Best High-Volume Housing Development

We are delighted that our Smalley Manor development has won a national award for Best High Volume Housing Development at the Building Excellence Awards.

The awards, which were hosted by Local Authority Building Control (LABC), took place on Friday 27th January at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London. It was a great evening celebrating outstanding project and individual contributions across the industry.

Smalley Manor – Derbyshire Development

The development in Derbyshire is now a multi-award winning site as it has previously won The Bricks Site Recognition Award in 2020 and the Regional Best New Housing Award at the LABC Building Excellence Awards in 2022.
