After living in Belper for a number of years, Louise and Andrew were on the hunt for a luxury home, from a recognised quality builder. “The team at Peveril were so thoughtful in letting us bring Alfie to the house several times before we moved in. It can be really distressing for a pet when they are relocated to an unfamiliar location with so many new sounds and smells. Those extra visits helped him settle in a lot quicker and that’s something that means the world to us.”

She continues: “Throughout the buying process, we felt like both ourselves and the team at Peveril were working towards the same end goal. The conveyancing process can be very long-winded and slow – but the Peveril team have supported us all the way. Thanks to their excellent proactive communication with their solicitor we were able to get the keys just 11 weeks after our initial viewing!”
