Peveril Homes has recently won a prestigious industry accolade at the LABC Building Excellence Awards.

LABC recognises the very best developments nationwide and Peveril Homes is extremely proud that our Smalley Manor development has received such worthy recognition.

Smalley Manor, in Derbyshire, had previously won LABC Warranty’s monthly The Bricks Site Recognition Award for consistently delivering quality workmanship and site management throughout the year.

We are now thrilled to announce that this development has also been awarded the Regional Best New Housing Award at the LABC Building Excellence Awards – one of the construction industry’s most prestigious accolades.
