Supporting Local Housing Needs in Nottinghamshire

We have recently partnered with one of the largest housing groups in England, Jigsaw Homes Group, to provide a selection of new homes in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Our new Millers Way development has 54 one, two, and three-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses consisting of five different house types. It has been built in line with the local area’s housing needs to work towards addressing the shortage of affordable housing in the UK, with 28 homes for affordable rent and 26 available through shared ownership.

Millers Way has been designed to be accessible and inclusive, catering to the needs of the area’s diverse population. The properties are optimised for energy efficiency, with effective insulation and double glazing, and all homes are rated EPC Level B for energy efficiency to help reduce running costs.
