We've welcomed our newest residents to Birches View in Derbyshire!

Lindsay Phillips and her partner, Dean, are settling into their forever home at Peveril Homes’ Birches View development, in South Wingfield, Derbyshire.

The couple stepped onto the property ladder for the first time after visiting Birches View and instantly fell in love with The Foston, a spacious, modern and elegant 3-bedroom home. After living apart previously, Lindsay and Dean had searched far and wide for the perfect property before deciding to become proud new residents at Birches View.

Moving into this home was an extremely pleasant process, with help from Donna. Lindsay added: “Donna was extremely helpful and made the entire process feel like a walk in the park! When we first got there, we didn’t have a clue what to do in terms of the interior and picking out themes for each room, but Donna was so helpful in putting some ideas together and giving us the inspiration we needed.

“We really did and still do feel like part of the Peveril Homes family!“

Lindsay and Dean’s spacious new build home features an extensive range of high-end fixtures including a professionally designed, modern kitchen, which comes with a full selection of energy-efficient fitted appliances.

Lindsay explained: “We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedrooms as they’re much bigger than the ones we saw in other new builds. Dean and I really love the style of our home, and the size is just right for us too, being first-time homeowners!

“The views from our dining room are absolutely stunning and the neighbours are all so lovely too. We occasionally see the builders out and about, and they always take the time to say hello and ask about our day, which is lovely!”

Moving into their new home was a truly positive experience that saw Lindsay and Dean quickly settling into life as first-time homeowners.

Lindsay said: “The move went brilliantly! Donna was absolutely fantastic, and we cannot thank her enough for taking us under her wing and helping us to find the perfect first home.

“The move itself would have otherwise been difficult if it hadn’t have been for Donna’s assistance, as we were preparing to part from everything that we had been used to for so many years. Now we’re settling into our forever home together and we couldn’t be happier!
