We are pleased to announce that our Staffordshire development Fairfields and Derbyshire development Flagshaw Pastures have won prestigious construction awards from LABC Warranty.

LABC Warranty is one of the largest providers of structural warranties in the UK. Working in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC), its combined team of more than 3,700 surveyors works with house builders, contractors and housing associations. The Site Recognition Awards celebrate developments that showcase exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability within the construction industry.

We are thrilled that our Fairfields development has won a Bricks Site Recognition Award for its standards of workmanship and overall management of the site, including health and safety matters and general tidiness.

Managed by Site Managers Dan Sharp, who has also previously won awards for his work at Forest Heights, and Rob Barber, Fairfields offers a selection of stunning new homes in Branston and is now a multi-award-winning site after winning another Site Recognition Award back in 2022.

The Bricks Site Recognition Award winners are chosen every month by LABC Warranty risk management surveyors during their inspection visits, which take place regularly through construction. Sites that score consistently high for general cooperation with inspectors, health and safety, site tidiness, the standard of site management and quality of workmanship are nominated for a Site Recognition Award.

All monthly winners for that year are then further shortlisted, and the best of those sites will be rewarded with The Bricks annual award trophy or a highly commended recognition.

Our Flagshaw Pastures development, which offers an exclusive selection of new homes in Kirk Langley, Derbyshire, was shortlisted last year. It has now won one of only six national LABC Warranty Highly Commended Annual Awards, receiving highly commended in The Bricks Development of the Year (11-50 units) award category for 2022.
