We were delighted to officially open the doors to The Green at Holborn Place earlier this month, welcoming visitors to our brand-new Marketing Suite and showhomes in Codnor, Derbyshire.

Our launch weekend gave prospective homebuyers their first opportunity to step inside the development and explore our beautifully presented three-bedroom Carsington and four-bedroom Appleby showhomes.

It was fantastic to welcome visitors across the weekend, with our Sales Executives on hand to introduce the homes available, answer questions and help buyers begin planning their next move. Guests were also able to enjoy complimentary refreshments, kindly supplied by Boxed Drinks.

Following the success of phases one and two at Holborn Place, The Green marks an exciting new chapter for our growing community in Codnor.
