We have continued the growth of our sales team with the appointment of our new Sales Manager, Stuart Brookes

We have maintained our growth momentum after hiring experienced Sales Manager, Stuart Brookes.

Stuart brings over 10 years of industry experience after joining the new homes industry in 2009 and fulfilling roles for many reputable house builders including Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bloor and St Modwen.

He honed his customer service skills in his early career after working in various customer-facing airport roles before becoming a flight attendant for a large commercial airline.

For Stuart, making the next step in his career by taking up the role of Sales Manager at Peveril was an exciting opportunity and one that he could not turn down.

“I first applied for the role because Peveril stood out as a family-owned company offering a wide variety of developments in fantastic locations. The homes are built to such a high standard that even the fixtures and fittings are second to none!”

Stuart’s role as Sales Manager means that he is responsible for ensuring that our sales team work coherently in order to streamline our procedures, meet their targets and deliver flawless customer service.

“Peveril Homes is already known for high quality customer service and I’m keen to ensure we continue to not only meet, but exceed those standards. I look forward to working with both the on and off-site teams and watching the company continue to grow and develop over the coming years.”

Our Director of Sales and Marketing, Alison Kendall, is looking forward to welcoming Stuart to the team and is excited by his enthusiasm and fresh approach.

“The role of Sales Manager can be very challenging but I have every confidence in Stuart’s ability to thrive in the role by making it his own and driving our customer service offering to new heights,”

She continues, “We’ve enjoyed a busy start to 2019 with the launch of Silk Fields in Mickleover, The Avenue at Phoenix Place and The Lodges at Woodcroft. We also have four more developments in the pipeline for 2019 including Holwell Mill in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Chamberlain Place in Measham, Myford Place in Beeston and Flagshaw Pastures in Kirk Langley. With so many exciting developments on the horizon, it’s important for us to have the foundations in place to successfully nurture all customer enquiries efficiently. I am confident that Stuart will help us to achieve this and I look forward to watching him develop within his role.”
